Burts Bee Getting started kit

I’m always on the lookout for products which are kind to babies sensitive skin.
So I recently purchased the Burts Bee Getting started kit, as it is natural and paraben free, which is ideal for babies and young children.
The package consists of 5 travel size products:
A 2-in-1 bubble bath/shampoo, baby oil, a tube of cream-to-powder nappy cream ,a nourishing lotion and a bar of soap.
For this review I will be looking at the 2-in-1 bubble bath/shampoo, and the baby oil.
They are both travel size products, so they are excellent for bringing on holidays, or popping in your nappy bag.

Burts Bees 2-in-1 bubble bath/shampoo
The first thing which struck me was the beautiful smell. The bubble bath has a distinct fresh, soft, delicate fragrance which I loved.
A little goes a long way with these products which is a huge selling point, as a concern of mine prior to using them, would be they could run out fast.
This certainly wasn’t the case as a few drops of the 2-in-1 bubble bath into the water produced a perfect bubble bath.
Again, the smell did not disappoint. The bathroom was filled with a beautiful aroma, as soon as I added the product.
A distinct advantage is the fact it is a multi-purpose product so I was able to use this as a shampoo on my toddler’s hair.
It formed a nice lather and washed out easily – and it prides itself as being a “no tears” shampoo and this was the case.
Once my daughters hair was dry, it was clean, bouncy and smelled delicious!
This product receives a big thumbs up from me.

Burts Bees Baby oil
This can be used two ways – either by adding a few drops into the bath or as an oil on dry skin.
I applied a few drops onto my hand and massaged it into the typical dry areas of my toddler i.e. back of the knees and
hands and feet. Again, the smell was soothing and in no way overpowering and it definitely helped moisturize the dry areas.
This product is perfect for those areas which need a little more moisture, and a big plus is it can be used as a massage oil
for baby too.
All in all, I was very impressed with the quality of these two products and I will most definitely purchase these again when they run out.
Burts Bee getting started kit can be purchased from Boots, at the time of review it was on a promotional price of €11:99
reduced from €17:99
Have you tried these products before? Let me know what you think of them.
